Permanent position at 100% - Class 8 Your mission: Ensure the daily maintenance and cleaning of communal rooms and buildings; Ensure the surveillance of buildings and ensure compliance with security measures; Ensure the proper technical functioning of the premises, the handling of equipment and furniture; Be present during certain communal events for setup and tidying up. Your profile: Hold a CFC as a cleaning agent; Possess a minimum of 5 years of similar experience; Be in possession of a B1 driving license; Master sustainable development standards regarding maintenance; Good command of French; Ease with common IT tools; Know how to work autonomously, be skillful and handy; Have a good team spirit and be comfortable in contact with diverse audiences; Accept great flexibility in schedules: evenings, weekends, on-call services, possible split shifts.
