What you can contribute

• Shape and develop fedpol's internal communication: manage existing channels and formats, design new ones and implement them
• Design, write and revise demanding texts for internal and external communication, mainly in German, including speeches, presentations and external publications, as well as presenting complex content in a clear manner adapted to target audiences
• Write and publish content intended for digital communication channels (intranet, website and social networks); maintain and develop the fedpol website
• Plan and implement communication projects and measures, for example presentations, video productions or events intended for employees
• Advise management and organizational units on communication matters

What makes you unique

• University degree in communication, media or public relations, several years of experience in communication, preferably in corporate communication or institutional communication
• Excellent writing skills and proven experience in writing and revising demanding texts.
• Strong conceptual and writing skills, as well as good planning and organizational skills.
• Enjoy working in a dynamic environment, autonomous and structured way of working, high stress resistance and an interdisciplinary way of thinking
• Interest in political processes and security policy issues
• Very good oral knowledge of two official languages and good knowledge of English
