Job Description

• Ensuring a smooth production process taking into account quality, efficiency, and adherence to deadlines
• Leadership, motivation, and further development of the production team as well as promoting an open feedback and working culture
• Planning and optimal use of personnel, machines, and materials
• Analysis and continuous optimization of production processes, costs, and productivity
• Monitoring of production KPIs and budget as well as deriving suitable improvement measures
• Ensuring quality, safety, and legal requirements as well as relevant certification requirements
• Leading and participating in projects as well as the introduction of new technologies and production methods
• Close cooperation with purchasing, logistics, planning, sales, and other interfaces to optimize the value chain

Requirement Profile

• Completed basic technical training as well as further training as a Produktionsleiter Industrie HF or a comparable qualification
• Min. 5 years of professional experience in a comparable function, ideally in an industrial or production environment
• Several years of leadership experience as well as enjoyment in the leadership and further development of employees
• Experience in Lean Management and in the continuous improvement of production processes is an advantage
• Good knowledge of occupational safety as well as a strong awareness of quality and costs
• Very good organizational skills as well as a structured and solution-oriented way of working
• Confident handling of ERP systems, ideally SAP, as well as good MS Office skills
• Assertive, resilient, and communicative personality with a strong hands-on mentality
• Very good German skills as well as business fluent English skills
