In this position, you ensure a professional and friendly service for passengers in the Transit Hotel, in the Family Services, and at children's birthday parties. You are the contact person for our multicultural guests and ensure that they have a pleasant experience with us at Flughafen Zürich. Your job destination <br /> • In the Family Service Lounge, you receive and support families with children, ensuring a family-friendly atmosphere as well as cleanliness and order • Another task is the management of the PRM reception. In doing so, you support PRM guests with their requests and stay in close contact with the PRM disposition to ensure that all guests are accompanied to their flight on time • In the Transit Hotel, you receive our guests, perform check-in/check-out, process reservations, and sell rooms, loungers, and additional services.
