The mission of this department is to define a strategy for the real estate portfolio, to develop the coherence of the monitoring of major projects according to the hospital master plan in strong partnership with the main State services attached to the département du territoire, the département des infrastructures and the département de la santé, to optimize the monitoring of surfaces and its future planning, while guaranteeing the smooth running of services. Strategic Project Manager in Real Estate Planning -- 100% As a strategic project manager in real estate planning, you will actively participate in the definition and deployment of the HUG real estate strategy. You are notably responsible for the steering of the establishment, the coordination and monitoring of the institution's real estate master plan, covering all sites operated by or belonging to the HUG. You also lead public project management missions and act as an internal consultant to the Direction de l'immobilier. You conduct studies, carry out diagnostics, and provide your expertise within the framework of complex and cross-functional institutional real estate projects. In this capacity, you gather and structure data relating to assets, projects, and institutional needs. You coordinate the mobilized internal and external specialists and guarantee the production of various deliverables according to the expected objectives, deadlines, and quality levels. You plan, organize, and lead the meetings necessary for the progress of projects and ensure the involvement of all stakeholders. In collaboration with cantonal and municipal authorities, you participate in urban planning reflections relating to the development of HUG sites. You notably maintain close relationships with the competent services in the fields of land use planning, urban planning, and building permits. You intervene in the upstream phases of projects, notably during the phases of defining objectives and architectural and functional programs. You also lead or contribute to preliminary design studies and ensure coherence between institutional orientations, user needs, technical constraints, financial resources, and regulatory requirements. You ensure project reporting to governance and decision-making bodies. You prepare analyses and summaries allowing members of the Executive Committee, representatives of the owner, as well as various commissions to have reliable and structured information to make their decisions. You guarantee fluid communication between the different stakeholders and represent the Direction de l'immobilier during internal and external meetings. Finally, you contribute to the development of standards, directives, and working methodologies of the Direction de l'immobilier in order to capitalize on best practices and sustainably improve project performance. Qualifications You hold a university degree at Master's level or an EPF/HES engineering or architect degree in the fields of architecture, engineering, urban planning, land use planning, real estate, or a training deemed equivalent. You benefit from confirmed experience of at least 7 years in real estate planning, project management, architectural programming, or the management of large complex real estate projects. You master the upstream phases of construction projects as well as the standards, methods, and regulations applicable in Switzerland. In-depth knowledge of SIA service models and processes related to public project management is indispensable. You have a good understanding of the urban, heritage, economic, and environmental issues related to the development of an institutional real estate portfolio. Experience in the implementation of a real estate master plan, in a hospital environment or with a public administration, constitutes an important asset. You are able to analyze complex needs, translate them into structured real estate programs, and produce recommendations facilitating decision-making. You master the principles of estimating investment, operating, and maintenance costs as well as the general planning of real estate operations. You are recognized for your steering capabilities, your strategic vision, and your ability to coordinate partners from various professional fields, without necessarily having a direct hierarchical link. Your political sense, your interpersonal skills, and your negotiation capacity allow you to represent the Direction de l'immobilier to institutional, cantonal, and municipal interlocutors.
