For our new food branch in Wädenswil, we are looking for you, a flexible, committed personality to strengthen our team on an hourly or monthly wage.

Your tasks

• You support the management of the team and you represent the store management independently in their absence.
• You take on administrative tasks such as personnel deployment planning, goods ordering, and inventory preparation.
• Collaboration in the branch (provision of goods, cashiering, cleaning)
• Settlement of the cash registers
• You ensure attractive product presentation and compliance with our quality standards.
• You keep an eye on the sales targets and help to constantly optimize processes in the branch.
• Ensuring order and cleanliness in the branch and in the warehouse
• Implementation of the store layout according to internal specifications

Our requirements

• You have completed training in retail (or a comparable qualification) and have already been able to gain initial leadership experience.
• You like to roll up your sleeves and keep a cool head even during high customer volume.
• You are an organizational talent, communicate clearly, and can inspire your team.
• You are responsible, loyal, and bring a high level of flexibility regarding retail-standard working hours.
• Very good German and English skills, other languages an advantage
• Flexible availability from Monday to Saturday
