Ittigen | 80-100% (job sharing possible) This is what you can contribute • Define the basics (IST) and fields of action (SOLL) of the Digital Health Management program • Initialize and implement projects to achieve the SOLL state • Lead and coordinate stakeholder management of the program's civilian, military, national, and international partners • Proactively contribute to the continuous improvement of the DM SAN program • Ensure quality assurance and risk management in projects <br /> What makes you unique • University degree in a technical or business field and several years of experience in project management and agile management • Pronounced understanding of customer needs and communication skills • Independent, solution- and results-oriented, and efficient working method • Knowledge of the civilian and/or military healthcare system is an advantage • Good active knowledge of at least one second official language, passive knowledge of a third official language, and English skills <br /> In a nutshell Actively shape the digital future of the Swiss Army's military healthcare system.
