What you accomplish:

• Production in kitchen and take away
• Management of fresh and frozen orders
• Management of losses and waste
• Support for their direct chef in the development of the menu and the dishes offered
• Control and monitoring of employee activities
• Mastery and adjustment of the resources of their sector
• Responsible for ratios and their consequences

What you bring:

• Completed professional apprenticeship (CFC)
• Specialization: Cook or equivalent
• Professional experience: 2 to 3 years of experience in direct management and in catering
• Good knowledge of the gastronomy and sales field
• Ability to manage unforeseen events positively
• Exemplary in actions and words
• Willingness to take on managerial responsibilities
• Demonstrating creativity and being solution-oriented
• Sensitivity to ratios and margins
• Knowledge of IT tools
• French (B2)
