Tasks ##

• Lead more than 110 employees in the care field.
• Ensure the quality of care and associated documentation.
• Develop and implement new concepts and ideas.

Skills ##

• Nursing degree with leadership training required.
• Experience in Palliative Care and Gerontopsychiatry desired.
• Ability to work in a cooperative and communicative manner.

Due to a retirement on 1st June 2027 or by agreement

Your tasks ##

• Overall responsibility for the care sector with more than 110 collaborators (approx. 70 FTE)
• Direct management of group leaders, specialists and support services
• Responsibility for managing admissions and intake counseling (inpatient, intermediate)
• Ensure the quality of care and care documentation
• Continuous development of the offering
• Global vision of the company as a member of the management

Your profile ##

• ES or HES certified nursing degree
• Training in management or postgraduate master's in management
• Several years of experience in a similar function
• Specialized knowledge in palliative care and gerontopsychiatry
• Mastery of care needs assessment (RAI)
• Cooperative, empathetic, decisive, communicative and stress-resistant
• Desire to initiate changes, to develop new concepts and ideas and to put them into practice
