To implement the growing demand for electrically driven buses, we are looking for a motivated and experienced Development Engineer E/E Systems for the R&D E/E Systems team in the Operations department.

Do you have a flair for vehicles and are you fascinated by the interaction of mechanics and electronics? The implementation of the on-board electrical system with the latest information and camera systems, networks, infotainment, HMI and M2M interfaces as well as the programming of individual components have a major influence on the functions of the vehicle. In this challenge, you will use your know-how daily to move thousands of people safely, comfortably and sustainably with electromobility in public transport. Your tasks ###

• Sub-project management in the area of E/E systems for new vehicles and retrofits
• Coordination and technical support of change management (Change Management)
• Integration of customer systems: networks, control systems, video surveillance systems etc.
• Creation and modification of electrical circuit diagrams and bills of materials with ECAD
• Support and commissioning of customer systems in production including documentation
• Contact person for the production site in Portugal for technical topics in the field of E/E

Our requirements ###

• Technical basic training in the field of electrical/electronics
• Further education HF or FH in the field of automotive technology / mechanical engineering / electrical engineering or in a similar specialist field
• Knowledge in the creation of electrical circuit diagrams with ECAD
• Confident German and English skills in speaking and writing, French skills are an advantage
• Passion for vehicles and interest in electromobility
