Our client is a leading Swiss institution in healthcare with over 1000 employees, specializing in geriatric medicine, psychiatry, and rehabilitation. The company combines high-level medical expertise with a patient-centered approach and offers a professional working environment in the Basel region. To strengthen a highly specialized nursing team, we are looking for a committed personality as a nursing assistant or SRK nursing assistant (80-100%) starting immediately or by arrangement.

Your tasks

• Supporting personal hygiene, food intake, excretion, and mobilization
• Taking over delegated tasks such as measuring temperature and circulation
• Carrying out prophylactic nursing measures according to the care plan
• Organizing the patient environment and ensuring hygiene measures
• Ensuring order in the entire ward area
• Documenting the nursing actions carried out

Your profile

• Completed training as AGS, nursing assistant, or SRK nursing assistant course
• Empathy and patience in dealing with elderly people
• Resilience, endurance, and an awareness of the needs of others
• Ability to work in a team and good communication skills in German
• Reliability and a sense of responsibility in nursing work
