Your tasks: • Holistic care and nursing of the guests in the sense of our nursing mission statement and the nursing process • Taking over tasks as a primary caregiver - Participation in the nursing process and in the assessment of care needs with RAI/BESA for the assigned guests • Electronic nursing documentation using CareCoach (possible via mobile with CareCoach smartphone) - Planning and accompaniment of doctor visits • Taking over daily responsibility - Taking over tasks as a topic carrier for a specialist subject and thus participating in the group-wide network for nursing quality Your profile: • Completed training as Fachfrau/Fachmann Gesundheit EFZ - Professional experience in long-term care is an advantage • RAI knowledge desired or willingness to attend these courses (will be paid for) • A warm and humorous basic attitude • Joy in versatile challenges • Good German skills in speaking and writing
