On behalf of our client from the food industry, we are looking for a committed Team Leader Industrial Cleaning / Janitor (m/w/d) as part of the temporary employment. Your tasks include: Leadership, coordination, and motivation of a team in the area of industrial cleaning Active participation in cleaning and disinfection work in production and operational areas Ensuring compliance with hygiene, quality, and safety regulations Organization and monitoring of daily work processes Carrying out janitorial tasks as well as monitoring technical and infrastructural facilities Documentation of work performed and creation of reports Training and supporting new employees Collaboration with production, quality assurance, and external service providers Your profile: Several years of experience in industrial cleaning, preferably in the food industry Experience as a team leader, foreman, or shift leader Knowledge in the area of janitorial services and building maintenance is an advantage Independent, reliable, and solution-oriented way of working High social skills and leadership experience Willingness to actively participate in the operational daily business Willingness to work in day and night shifts Mandatory: Very good German and French language skills in word and writing Driver's license category B is an advantage We offer: Responsible and varied activity Long-term deployment with development opportunities Modern working environment in the food industry Attractive employment conditions Personal support Noé Heimann is looking forward to receiving your complete application documents by mail.
