We are looking for a committed and structured personality for the Härkingen location who will be responsible for the Record-to-Reporting process for our German companies. In this key role, you will ensure timely and high-quality closings, drive process optimizations, and actively participate in the global SAP roll-out (Project Horizon). YOUR TASKS Responsibility for monthly, quarterly, and annual closings according to Swiss GAAP FER and HGB (CH & DE) Ensuring a stable, timely Record-to-Reporting process General ledger accounting, account reconciliations, as well as provisions and accruals Commenting on management reporting and supporting consolidation Process documentation, harmonization, and optimization in R2R (e.g., SAP Signavio) Collaboration and sub-project responsibility in the global SAP roll-out (Project Horizon) Introduction and further development of SAP Closing Cockpit, Fiori Apps, and KPIs Responsibility for VAT, taxes, and regulatory reporting in CH & DE Collaboration with audit, tax advisors, authorities, IT, and Process Owners Technical and disciplinary leadership of the employees in the area of responsibility YOUR PROFILE Federal Diploma in Finance and Accounting or Bachelor's degree with a specialization in Finance 5–7 years of professional experience in finance or accounting of an international group Very good knowledge of Swiss GAAP FER and HGB Very good SAP FI/CO knowledge, ideally in a group environment Experience with end-to-end processes in Record-to-Reporting Confident handling of reporting and analysis tools (e.g., SAP Analytics, Excel, Power BI) SAP Fiori, Signavio, and Closing Cockpit are an advantage Flexibility for regular work from Germany as well as occasional travel (approx. 10%) Very good German and English in spoken and written form WHAT WE OFFER YOU Responsible key role with scope for design in Record-to-Reporting Active participation in a global SAP roll-out in an international group Modern working environment at the Härkingen location with flexible working models Development and further training opportunities in the finance and process environment Attractive employment conditions and an appreciative corporate culture BECOME PART OF OUR TEAM – APPLY NOW!
