We are looking for an established and professionally recognized personality, with long experience in a full-time (100 %) mandate management position and high credibility in the market. The position is aimed at candidates who already have an established track record of performance in the field of fiduciary and entrepreneur consulting.

Your responsibilities

• Independent management and advice of a varied client portfolio - from start-ups to family SMEs to international group companies
• Personal advice and support for clients in all fiduciary, tax, and economic matters
• Preparation of interim and annual accounts as well as consolidated accounts of companies and foundations active at national and international levels according to different accounting standards
• Direction and support during audits and closing work
• Taking on an important role in the development of the fiduciary sector and internal processes

What you bring

• Certified fiduciary expert with several years of successful experience in a demanding fiduciary, tax, or consulting firm
• At least 10 years of professional experience in comprehensive consulting to SMEs, entrepreneurs, family businesses, and private clients
• Proven experience in the autonomous management and development of a demanding client portfolio
• Extensive expertise in the areas of accounting, annual accounts, taxation, business consulting, and succession planning
• Entrepreneurial personality with great autonomy and a strong client orientation
• Confident attitude and an equal-to-equal relationship with owners, members of management, boards of directors, as well as external advisors
• High service orientation and pleasure in direct contact with clients
• Excellent social skills, reliability, and integrity
• German native language as well as excellent command of English
• Autonomous, structured, and quality-conscious working method
• Team player with strong communication skills and high social intelligence
