For our CMS de Moudon, we are looking for, as part of a 6-month fixed-term contract with the possibility of a permanent contract: A Planner 50% Do you like to organize, anticipate, and maintain an overview even when everything accelerates? Join a committed team serving home care, where your role is essential to ensure the quality and continuity of services. Your mission: As a planner, you are at the heart of activity coordination: • Organize and optimize the schedules of the help and care staff • Ensure the follow-up of information related to clients, employees, and interventions • Manage daily adjustments (unforeseen events, absences, emergencies) • Support the team through various administrative tasks • Guarantee fluid communication between the different stakeholders your profile: • CFC as a commercial employee or a title deemed equivalent. • Experience in planning and activity management. • Ability to adapt to change and excellent stress management. • Acute sense of organization. • Comfortable in dynamic and constantly evolving environments. • Good management of priorities, rigor, flexibility, and dynamism. • Ability to analyze and resolve problems. • Interpersonal skills and a taste for teamwork. • Good command of standard office tools.
