Your tasks • Planning, implementation and further development of our social media channels • Content Creation (text, image, video) for various platforms • Conception and implementation of paid social campaigns • Analysis of KPIs as well as reporting and optimization • Maintenance and further development of our magazine websites (WordPress) • Regular content creation and publication on the websites • SEO optimization (e.g. with Yoast or comparable tools) • Creation and sending of newsletters for our magazines • Publication of online advertorials, banners and sponsored content • Evaluation, reporting and preparation of results for external advertising clients What you bring with you • At least 2 years of experience in the field of Social Media / Online Marketing • Confident handling of common tools such as WordPress, Brevo, Photoshop, Canva, Meta Business Suite and LinkedIn Ad Manager • Experience in working with CMS systems as well as basic knowledge in SEO (Yoast an advantage) • Interest in Paid Social, Performance Marketing and KPI analysis • Independent, structured and proactive way of working • Stylish German and good English skills; French is a plus • Interest in Digital Marketing beyond Social Media What awaits you • 50% workload with a fixed job in Bern (near the station) • You will receive exciting insights into the tourism and MICE sector • Lots of creative freedom and personal responsibility • A small, well-coordinated team with short decision-making paths • Events, trade fair visits and exciting industry contacts • Possibility to travel as part of projects • Support for further training and personal development Do you want to not only post, but also further develop websites, manage campaigns and help shape digital processes?
