The department consists of 4 sectors, each equipped with different technologies. What does the job entail? Managing a production sector consisting of a team of 30 employees and 20 production facilities (assembly automates) Accompanying employees in achieving their objectives and developing their skills Ensuring the functionality and availability of the sector's machines to achieve production objectives while respecting quality, quantity, and deadlines Initiating and leading various sector development projects Proposing and implementing concrete productivity improvement measures What do we expect from you? CFC in the technical field completed by further training (Federal Certificate, ES Technician or other) Confirmed experience in personnel management in an industrial environment French language with solid knowledge of German or English (B2) Very good skills in the fields of mechanics, automation, and pneumatics, ideally complemented by knowledge of assembly processes Solution-oriented personality, flexible and with a good team spirit Natural leadership, with a good ability to unite teams and lead them to action What do we offer you?
