What you can achieve. • As a Risk Manager, you are responsible for the further development and functional management of risk management in the Division Produktion Personenverkehr and ensure its effective and practical implementation. • You identify, analyze and evaluate complex as well as cross-divisional business risks and develop suitable control measures together with the risk officers. • Through the consolidation of the risk situation, you create transparency regarding significant risks and their development and prepare decision-making bases for management and committees. • You accompany strategically important projects and programs in the identification, evaluation and management of their risks and integrate risk management into project management. • You anchor risk management in the planning and control processes and continuously develop methods, instruments and processes. • In cross-divisional committees and in the SBB Risk Community, you represent the perspective of the business and actively contribute it. What you bring with you. • You think analytically, strategically and in networks, quickly recognize relevant connections and focus complex matters on the aspects relevant to decision-making. • High personal responsibility, an independent way of working and the ability to sustainably advance demanding topics characterize you. • You have several years of sound experience in risk management, controlling, finance, consulting or a comparable environment and have independently handled complex risk and control topics. • With your strong communication and conceptual skills, you convince different stakeholders even without formal authority. • Knowledge in the rail and production environment is an advantage or the motivation to quickly familiarize yourself with the specific risks and challenges of railway operations. • A university degree at the level of University, ETH or Fachhochschule and German language skills at level C2 are required. Ideally, you speak another national language at least at level B2.
