Quality Controller

Gimmel Rouages SA is a family business founded in 1926, located in Val-de-Ruz in Villiers (NE). All employees practice about ten different trades in the field of manufacturing miniature components, notably intended for the largest watch brands. Always independent, Gimmel Rouages SA is recognized for the quality of its work and the finesse of its achievements.
Through its local training and recruitment policy, the company employs a large number of employees from the region.

Your main tasks

• Dimensionally and aesthetically control components and determine their conformity
• Establish inspection reports and communicate results
• Write non-conformity reports
• Sort parts, perform surveys and sampling

Your profile

• Experience in a similar position in the micromecanical universe, ideally in the manufacturing of mechanical movement components
• Ability to read technical drawings
• Comfortable with IT
• Have good visual acuity
• Be skillful and comfortable with small-sized parts
• Have interpersonal skills, ease in relationships, and the ability to make decisions
• Be rigorous and reliable
