For our customer, a successful and innovative production company in the region, we are looking for several motivated and reliable personalities as Plant Operator m/f/d (80%) starting immediately or by arrangement.

You will work exclusively from Friday to Sunday in shift operations and will take on an important role in the ongoing production.

Job Description

• Operating, monitoring, and setting up production plants
• Ensuring a smooth production process
• Carrying out quality controls according to specifications
• Rectifying minor malfunctions and reporting technical problems
• Documentation of production data
• Packaging, labeling, and preparing the produced goods
• Compliance with hygiene, quality, and safety regulations
• Supporting the team with general production work

Requirement Profile

• Completed technical or manual vocational training is an advantage
• Experience as a plant operator or in a production plant
• Technical understanding and enjoyment of handling machines
• Quality-conscious and independent way of working
• Physical resilience and reliability
• Good German skills in speaking and writing
• Readiness to work in shift operations
• Availability for assignments from Friday to Sunday
• Teamwork skills and sense of responsibility
