We, Raiffeisenbank Cham-Steinhausen, are a successful and innovative bank that is among the largest Raiffeisen banks nationwide. At our locations in Cham, Steinhausen and Mettmenstetten, we employ around 75 employees, including 5 apprentices.

• Comprehensive, needs-based advice for customers with a focus on financing
• Further development of the existing customer base
• Creation of customer-oriented solution proposals across the entire advisory and service range, involving internal bank specialists (occupational pension schemes, estate planning, etc.)
• Recognizing and exploiting customer potential
• Participation in market development measures and performance of representative tasks

What do you bring with you? ##

• Completed banking training and further education in the banking or financial sector
• Sound experience in the area of credit consulting for private customers
• Sales- and customer-oriented personality with a high readiness to provide service
• Strong communication skills, negotiation skills
• Team-oriented and entrepreneurial action
