Building Services Planner Sanitary 100% Your tasks Planning of sanitary systems from the preliminary project phase to the completion phase Responsible for the creation and development of detailed BIM models for building technology Responsible for the implementation of BIM-to-Field using a tachymeter Project management for smaller sanitary systems Calculations of sanitary estimates Preparation of material requisitions and organization of prefabrications Customer support, negotiation with suppliers, engineers, architects, and construction professionals Compliance with regulations, standards, guidelines, and instructions Controlling of your own objects Diverse administrative office work Training of the apprentice Your profile Completed vocational training as a Building Services Planner Sanitary Further training with a federal diploma (eidg.
