For our innovation/development team, we are looking for an autonomous, solution-oriented person eager to take on responsibilities for an immediate or to be agreed start date. Specialized Training and Innovation Collaborator (80-100 %) Your role * You are responsible for various specialized committees and innovation projects in the fields of research, consulting and production, which contribute to shaping the future of Swiss fruit production. * You are responsible for ensuring the initial and continuous training of professionals in the arboriculture sector. * You accompany and coordinate, for the association, the Suisse Garantie brand, the fruit sustainability sectoral solution and the SwissGAP standard. * You represent Fruit-Union Suisse within external bodies and establish strong networks. * You assume responsibility for the organization and administration of your field of activity.
