Technician Clinic/Building The Zentrum für Zahnmedizin der Universität Zürich (ZZM) is an internationally recognized clinic, training, and research center. In six specialized clinics and one institute, dentists and scientists work at the forefront of knowledge and in interdisciplinary teams to achieve the highest quality in patient care, teaching, and research. Technician Clinic/Building Tasks Responsible for the maintenance, repairs, and new installations of dental treatment units, sterilization systems, as well as dental technician devices and facilities Ensuring the functionality of sanitary, heating, and building technology systems as well as the laboratory media supply (compressed air, gas, cooling and process media) Independent processing of orders in the area of HLKS building technology and fault interventions on technical systems including control, analysis, optimization, and maintenance Acceptance and commissioning of technical systems, system operation via the control system or on-site, as well as evaluation of operating and system data Participation in energy optimizations as well as monitoring and coordination of external service providers and installation work Responsible for operating and testing safety systems (e.g., fire alarm systems) including documentation as well as compliance with all regulations and safety provisions Responsible for maintenance, repairs, and new installations on multimedia systems Obtaining offers and issuing orders upon consultation, preparation of reports, evaluations, and technical documentation Management of warehouse and material including goods orders and incoming inspections Conducting instructions for users, employees, and students Responsible for technical information to internal and external contact persons Performing occasional on-call duties Profile You have basic vocational training as a sanitary installer, heating installer, polymechanic, or a comparable training with EFZ. In addition, you bring at least 5 years of professional experience in technical maintenance, ideally in the area of HLK-/building technology. Basic electrotechnical knowledge is an advantage. Resilience, service orientation, and a high awareness of quality characterize you. Responsible and independent work with high initiative is a matter of course for you. Teamwork as well as organizational and communicative skills round off your profile as well as good PC user skills as well as very good German and good English skills.
