On behalf of the municipal administration of Hofstetten-Flüh in Hofstetten/SO, we are looking for an experienced

Accounts Payable/Tax Clerk 50% (f/m/d)

to temporarily bridge a civil service assignment from immediately until 31 July 2027.

Your tasks:

• Independent management of accounts payable accounting
• Triggering of payment runs
• Invoicing of incoming tax data from the canton
• Dunning runs for tax debts incl. debt collection
• Tax refunds
• Creation of installment payment agreements
• Assistance with general accounting tasks

Your profile:

• Commercial qualification, preferably with further training as an accounting clerk or similar
• Early retirees from municipalities or the canton are also welcome
• Sound accounting experience in finance and accounting
• Mandatory professional experience in a municipal administration or with the canton
• Good IT understanding
• German (proficient in written and spoken style)
• Flexible, uncomplicated and team-oriented personality
• Good flair for numbers
• Trustworthy and discreet
• Service orientation
• Exact, responsible and reliable way of working
• Workload: 50%
