We particularly rely on flexible support in the evening and on weekends. The missions take place partly during fixed planned shifts as well as complementary on-call, according to operational needs. After the integration phase, you will be able to provide your active support to the cinema as well as to the bar, catering and bowling. ### Your area of responsibility • Friendly, proactive and sales-oriented customer reception as well as advice • Active sale of our entire boutique, cinema and bar assortment, including the recommendation of our offers • Professional preparation and service of drinks and snacks in the sports bar • Ensuring a high level of service as well as strict compliance with hygiene rules • Access control in the cinema hall as well as cleaning work between screenings • Active contribution to a clean, orderly and welcoming appearance of your workspace • Assistance in stock management including goods control and respect for expiration dates • Responsibility for the cash register as well as correct and careful accounts • Ensuring an attractive presentation of goods as well as sales surfaces that are always well-filled and clean • Flexible participation in the entire multiplex operation Your profile • Availability for missions in the evening, weekends and public holidays • Professional experience in gastronomy, sales or service desired - career changers are welcome • Good communication with excellent knowledge of German; other languages are an asset • With your open and dynamic nature, you enthousiasm our customers and actively go towards them • Joy of active sales as well as motivation to present and recommend our products in a convincing manner • Autonomous, reliable and service-oriented work with a high pace and a sense of efficiency • Even in stressful situations, you remain calm, keep an overview and act in a forward-looking manner • You like working in a team, demonstrate active mutual aid and share your knowledge proactively • Excellent manners as well as a neat appearance • Sense of responsibility in the management of the cash register, customers and the work environment Your next step We look forward to your complete and convincing application.
