For our office in Ittigen (BE), we are looking for a results-driven, communicative, and sports-enthusiastic personality as Head of Communication (80-100%) from October 1, 2026, or by agreement. As an experienced communicator, you are responsible for the internal and external communication of swiss unihockey and shape the perception of our organization and our sport with your work. Your job Overall responsibility for internal and external communication of swiss unihockey Strategic development of overall corporate communication and public communication of the association Responsibility for content and channel strategy as well as conception, creation, and publication of content on various communication channels Implementation of marketing communication for the Lidl Unihockey Prime League, national teams, and swiss unihockey events Planning, coordination, and implementation of media work in close cooperation with management and relevant departments Contact person for media inquiries and active maintenance of the network with clubs, media professionals, and media partners Communicative and media accompaniment of national teams, all swiss unihockey events, and association events Ensuring a clear, consistent, and professional perception of swiss unihockey internally and publicly Analysis and development of existing communication processes and procedures Professional handling of communicative challenges and crisis situations Development and introduction of an adequate crisis communication concept Personnel and technical leadership of a small communication team Your profile You have a higher education in media, communication, or a related field and have several years of experience in corporate communication and media work. You have excellent German and English skills, good Swiss German skills, and a stylistically secure and target-group-oriented expression in word and writing. You move confidently in the communication world, act calmly and with finesse in demanding situations, and convince in dealing with different stakeholder groups. A high and active service orientation in dealing with various stakeholders, a hands-on mentality, implementation strength, and an independent, resilient, and team-oriented working style characterize you.
