Your main responsibilities:

• Carry out the breaking-in, thickening, and finishing operations of parts intended for poli-bloqué
• Perform the washing and packaging of parts after treatment
• Ensure the aesthetic and visual control of parts after treatment
• Perform dimensional controls of parts after treatment
• Carry out first-level maintenance of machines and report any anomaly
• Report internal non-conformities according to the procedures in force
• Perform the blocking (mise en tasseau) of parts for poli-bloqué
• Perform the gluing of parts necessary for the treatment operations
• Read and interpret technical drawings to guarantee the conformity of parts
• Respect safety instructions, quality procedures, and production standards

What we are looking for:

• Initial experience in the field of poli-bloqué, surface treatment, or watchmaking finishing is an asset
• You are comfortable with work requiring precision, meticulousness, and dexterity
• You have good observation skills and are sensitive to aesthetic quality criteria
• You are capable of performing dimensional controls with rigor
• You have a good foundation in reading technical drawings
• You are a careful, autonomous, and organized person
• You enjoy teamwork and know how to communicate any anomalies or difficulties encountered
• You are motivated to learn and to develop your skills in a demanding environment
