• You advise applicants by telephone and by e-mail in German, English, French or Italian
• Together with the legal department, you develop statements in the appeal process
• In cooperation with external partner organizations, you actively participate in the conception of compensatory measures

What you bring with you

• You have a completed Swiss tertiary-level education in a healthcare profession (ideally in physiotherapy or nursing)
• You have professional experience in the clinical field, in vocational training or in education policy
• You convince through your communication skills, your quick comprehension and your flair for written, conceptual work
• You are used to structured and exact working, moreover you are flexible and resilient
• Your excellent oral and written language skills in French or Italian are rounded off with very good knowledge of the German language
• Very good practical knowledge of MS-Office products round off your profile
