A Billing Specialist

Founded in 1997, AxelCare SA is based in Bevaix (Neuchâtel) and active on the territory in Switzerland. Recognized by health insurance companies, AxelCare contributes to the home care of patients through quality care via its multidisciplinary team and in close collaboration with the various actors in the field of home healthcare. AxelCare offers its services in the fields of respiratory and artificial nutrition, to patients at home and in institutions.

We are looking for, to complete our Patient Service team:

A Billing Specialist

Fixed-term contract of approximately 5 months at 100%

Immediately

YOUR MISSIONS

• Control billing to health insurance companies and/or patients
• Process refusals from health insurance companies
• Process billing reminders
• Keep patient information up to date regarding insurance validity
• Process requests received by e-mail
• Maintain good collaboration with different internal and external partners

YOUR PROFILE

• CFC as a pharmacy assistant or CFC as a commercial employee
• Mastery of standard IT tools and ease of learning new software
• Autonomy and team spirit
• Proactivity and involvement
• Knowledge of Swiss German, an asset
