Your challenge: ## • You assume co-responsibility for the organization, coordination, and product quality of the entire department. • You support the department management in the organizational planning of the production of diverse fresh meat products and assist in the deployment planning of more than 40 employees. • You lead by example and motivate the employees to master the daily challenges in the team. You roll up your sleeves in production yourself and actively help in the day-to-day business. • You have a good understanding of workflows, production facilities, and the upstream and downstream processes of a production department. You also have a good eye for optimizations that lead to easier work and more efficiency. • Cooperation with the other departments is carried out in a goal-oriented manner during cross-departmental work/projects. Your profile: ## • You have completed vocational training as a Fleischfachmann/-frau (meat specialist) and have already gained experience in the industrial production of food, preferably as a leader. • You are in good physical condition. • Flexible working hours and an early morning start to work are not a problem for you. • Good PC skills in the area of MS Office and CSB are an advantage. • Your profile is rounded off by very good German language skills. ## A highly diverse and independent activity, an exciting workplace, and a collegial team await you.
