your tasks

Overall responsibility for the budget, material resources, and personnel deployment within the project portfolio
Technical leadership of project teams as well as the promotion and further development of those involved
Setting up new projects, acquisition of orders, as well as handling the offer and contract management
Ensuring all project goals regarding adherence to deadlines, cost control, and quality standards

your competencies

Completed training in the field of heating and refrigeration or an equivalent technical basis
Further training at the level of Higher Technical College, University of Applied Sciences, or the readiness to complete this
Several years of professional experience in a comparable function within the HVAC industry
Strong leadership competence, negotiation skills, and a healthy assertiveness
Structured, independent way of working combined with a high customer orientation
