We are looking for a Site Manager for an active office in construction, mainly in Genève.

Our client, a human-sized construction company, is looking for its next experienced Site Manager to join its teams and work on high-end projects.
Missions
Coordinate and plan the different construction phases of various projects
Be responsible for compliance with safety standards and regulations
Monitor the progress of work with the various project stakeholders
Prepare construction sites, plan meetings and monitor budgets
Write regular reports
Participate in the negotiation and resolution of technical problems
Candidate Profile
Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position in Switzerland
Training in the construction sector
Excellent communication, negotiation and organizational skills
Ability to work in a team and to manage several projects simultaneously
Experience on high-end projects is an asset
