Real Estate Specialist Coach (f/m/d)

What awaits you?

• You enjoy supporting property owners with new construction, conversion, and renovation projects.
• As an experienced specialist, you assess real estate regarding renovation and modernization needs and support our customers in obtaining, assessing, and comparing offers.
• When coordinating construction projects, you always keep an eye on quality, costs, and construction progress.
• You are the contact person for technical questions from our employees and help them to develop further in your field of expertise.

What do you bring with you?

• You have several years of experience in construction project management and are well-versed in all construction phases (according to SIA).
• You have a strong understanding of quality, costs, and deadlines, as well as a structured and independent way of working.
• You enjoy advising customers and are a strong-communicating, solution-oriented, and responsible personality.
• You have good digital skills and experience in using common digital tools in construction and project management.
• Ideally, you have experience or further training in the field of energy consulting.
