In our interdisciplinary ambulatory clinic, we combine the departments of Cardiology, Vascular Surgery, Immunology, Nephrology, Traumatology, Visceral Surgery, Plastic Surgery, and Thoracic Surgery. We work with state-of-the-art and process-oriented infrastructure in an extremely dynamic and innovative environment. The Universitätsspital Zürich is one of the largest hospitals in Switzerland. Our over 8'600 employees and around 700 trainees work daily for the well-being of our patients. ### Are you ready for a leadership role in the ambulatory sector? • As a group leader, you work closely with the department head. At eye level, you support each other and take on various leadership tasks in the personnel area (recruitment, personnel deployment planning, accompaniment of new employees, promotion of team development). • So that your specialist knowledge also remains up-to-date, you work as a Medical Practice Assistant or Health Specialist actively in the everyday life of our versatile ambulatory clinic. Our working hours are between Monday and Friday from 07.30 to 17.30. • Don't you have any leadership experience yet? Then you're still welcome.
