Your tasks with the new employer:

• You bring your expertise to the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements according to REKOLE and Swiss GAAP FER and ensure reliable financial management with precise financial analyses
• With your analytical intuition, you create meaningful management reports, budgets, and forecasts, prepare data for performance planning, and support the specialist departments with important decisions
• You actively help shape the further development of modern controlling instruments, optimize processes in investment controlling, and develop measures for efficiency increases and cost control together with the team
• As a competent contact person, you work closely with various specialist departments and take over the preparation of important health statistics as well as the data bases for SpiGes, ITAR_K and the REKOLE recertification

You offer your new employer:

• You have a business administration education with a focus on controlling or bring a comparable qualification through your commercial basic training and several years of professional experience in finance
• Further training at HF or FH level in business administration, controlling, or finance and accounting optimally complements your profile and offers a valuable foundation for this versatile task
• You bring experience in controlling, ideally in healthcare, as well as very good Excel skills and are familiar with ERP systems and BI tools such as SAP, TM1 or comparable applications
• With your analytical way of thinking, your independent and proactive way of working, and your communicative nature, you convince on all fronts and maintain an overview even with complex issues
