Share What awaits you? ## • Identifying and exploiting customer potential through active and continuous support of the personal client portfolio • Ensuring competent advice on financing matters (housing) as well as standardized advice on the topics of investing and retirement planning • Developing solutions tailored to needs by incorporating the individual needs, wishes, goals, and life situation of the customers as well as within the framework of the segment-specific product offering • Expansion of the existing client base through targeted acquisition of new customers • Participation in target-group-specific market development measures such as contact campaigns, events, and representative tasks What do you bring with you? ## • Completed banking training or comparable training as well as completed further training in the financial sector • In-depth specialist knowledge in the areas of investing, retirement planning, and financing • Good communication skills, high social competence, teamwork skills, and flexibility • Dynamic, entrepreneurial way of working with a strong customer and sales orientation • Enjoyment of proactive customer contact • Solution-oriented negotiation skills with strong closing ability
