As a building technician, you ensure that electrotechnical installations or HVAC systems (heating, ventilation, air conditioning, sanitary, electricity) always function perfectly - for more comfort, safety and efficiency.

What awaits you ###

• Operation and monitoring of technical installations
• Carrying out control rounds and inspections of technical installations as well as in the buildings
• Documentation of defects and implementation of necessary measures to remedy them
• Planning and carrying out required inspections of technical installations
• Creation, updating and actualization of object and installation documentation
• Initial intervention and analysis of faults
• Requesting quotes from external service providers and support

What you bring ###

• Completed apprenticeship in the technical / HVAC field
• Professional experience in a similar function in a demanding customer segment
• Solid knowledge of user IT
• Flexibility and stress resistance with good organizational skills
• Availability for on-call service
