La Fondation Nos Pénates is a psychiatric structure of 21 beds, located in Pully Nord, specialized in the field of stabilized adult and advanced age psychiatry. Situated in a magnificent green setting, with a breathtaking view of Lake Léman, our Foundation offers a warm and convivial living environment. Nurse Mission You prioritize a holistic approach to the person within a framework of maintaining achievements. Your personalized approach gives our residents the possibility to develop sufficient autonomy that allows them to improve their quality of life. You collaborate and communicate with families and/or relatives with the aim of maintaining and promoting their roles in a healthy and respectful climate. You practice within an interdisciplinary team and thus contribute to its evolution. Profile Ability to integrate one's action into interdisciplinary support work. Autonomy and sense of responsibility. Good stress management. Proactive and agile in complex situations. Pragmatic and solution-oriented. Sense of organization, openness to change, availability and flexibility. Training and skills HES nurse diploma (Level II) in general care registered by the Swiss Red Cross. Experience in psychiatry and mental health, a plus. Mastery of spoken and written French. Comfortable with resident file management software and basic office tools.
