You steer your sales activities in a targeted manner based on the potential analysis of your sales territory as well as the strategic specifications of the sales management. You bear responsibility for achieving your regional sales targets and organize your sales territory independently, including the further development of existing customer relationships. You work closely with our internal customer service to ensure first-class support and service quality. Your profile: You are a sales professional heart and soul and bring experience in direct sales to professional customers. You have completed business administration further education or possess corresponding practical experience in the industry. You are a communicative personality with drive \& sensitivity; who can motivate themselves and quickly adapt to different industries and conversation partners. You think in solutions and can represent added value for customers through consultation and quality. · You work efficiently as well as independently and bring ambition in achieving sales targets. · You are a good team player, who acts in coordination with the Regional Sales Manager, customer service, sales colleagues, and the service team. · You have open and clear communication, whereby Swiss German is your mother tongue. · You possess good MS-Office knowledge. SAP CRM knowledge is an advantage. You reside in the sales territory or in the nearby surroundings and possess a driving license Cat.B.
