Alongside DNO activities, we also offer a wide range of services such as the construction and maintenance of private transformer stations, the operation of the entire public lighting park, the implementation and management of RCP as well as the financing through contracting of photovoltaic installations and electric charging stations, among others. Furthermore, we also have a privileged link with our sister company TVT Services SA, active in the development of the multimedia network. In order to accompany the Company in full metamorphosis and to strengthen its team, the "Commercialisation" sector is looking for a: DIGITAL MARKETING AND COMMUNICATION SPECIALIST 100% - (M/F) Main tasks and responsibilities • Assume the communication and marketing of the Company and ensure its consistency both internally and externally • Drive communication projects, particularly digital marketing, with agencies and internal interlocutors, and coordinate the choice of service providers • Keep the website up to date and propose improvement actions on the pages and on the site structure • Conduct campaigns on products and services to our key targets using various channels, notably digital (social networks, emails, Google Ads) and ensuring 360° consistency • Monitor and analyze the performance of digital campaigns and communication actions in order to propose improvements and drive their implementation • Contribute to establishing the annual planning of marketing and communication activities for SIE SA and TVT Services SA • Replace other team members when necessary for all communication supports • Ensure the consistency of the company's communication, as well as between the different brands and product communications • Embody the company's communication both internally and externally • Actively participate in the development of the SIE SA and TVT Services SA brands Qualities and required profile • Beneficiary of higher education (ES/HES/University) in marketing, communication, media, or a title deemed equivalent, with a specialization in digital marketing • Proven experience of 5 to 10 years in a similar function (marketing & communication), with a confirmed focus on digital • Experience in brand management (branding), corporate communication and product/service communication, with multi-channel consistency • Knowledge of the energy and multimedia sectors would be a real asset • Mastery of a CMS and understanding of web best practices (UX, on-page SEO) • Mastery of social networks, target segmentation and management of sponsored campaigns • Mastery of office tools, social networks and the Adobe suite • Excellent writing skills in French (style, clarity, adaptation to the target audience) • Strong autonomy, sense of priorities, rigor, proactivity, solution orientation, entrepreneurial spirit • Creative, curious, good communicator and easy contact with business relations persons We offer • Excellent employment and social insurance conditions • Varied work, in constantly evolving fields, within a multidisciplinary and dynamic team • Continuous training within the framework of the proposed activity Application Do you correspond to the profile described above?
