Regional Manager for Pedagogy and Didactics of Vocational Education and Training Who are we? The Haute école fédérale en formation professionnelle HEFP is the Swiss expert organization for vocational education and training. We offer initial and continuing education to vocational education and training managers, we conduct research projects on vocational education and training, we contribute to the development of trades and support international cooperation in vocational education and training. Our sites are located in Zollikofen near Berne (headquarters), Lausanne and Lugano, with external sites in Olten and Zurich. For the Training sector in Lausanne, we are looking for, starting 1 October 2026 or for a date to be agreed upon, a Regional Manager for Pedagogy and Didactics of Vocational Education and Training 80% - 100% Your responsibilities You are responsible for the Enabling Training area and actively contribute to the strategic development of training in terms of professional pedagogy in French-speaking Switzerland. You play a driving role in the vocational education and training of tomorrow, particularly in the specific areas of pedagogy and didactics of training for vocational education and training managers. Together with the relevant managers and various stakeholders in vocational education and training, you participate in the development of a coherent offering of enabling and continuing training, proposed under one roof. You assume tasks of management and development of interdisciplinary teams on technical, organizational, financial, and personnel levels. You promote collaboration between the Lausanne, Zollikofen, and Lugano sites and strengthen the transfer of knowledge at the national level. You represent the teaching accreditation sector to training institutions, associations, companies, and cantonal partner bodies in French-speaking Switzerland. You link scientific knowledge and practice-oriented vocational education and training and contribute significantly to the quality and visibility of the HEFP. Your profile Holder of a doctorate (continuing education in business management is an asset) Several years of experience in a similar function, ideally in a higher education environment In-depth knowledge of the Swiss vocational education and training system, with a solid grounding in practice Proven experience in the management and leadership of complex organizational units Excellent interpersonal skills and a great ability to develop networks An inclusive and future-oriented leadership personality, endowed with a strong will and capacity to initiate and lead change Excellent command of French as well as very good knowledge of a second national language and English complete your profile We offer We offer the possibility to actively contribute to the development of vocational education and training in Switzerland within the framework of diversified work and a dynamic environment.
