Job Description

As an official BMW dealer in Frauenfeld and Weinfelden, Bickel Auto AG offers all services related to the vehicle under one roof. Since then, the company has been part of the French group "Hess Automobile".

To strengthen our team, we are looking for a customer-oriented personality who provides our customers with competent advice regarding parts and accessories.

Your Tasks

• Processing of telephone and written customer orders
• Serving and advising customers in direct sales
• Assisting with warehouse management
• Independent processing of complaints and returns
• Delivery of customer orders if required

Your Profile

Your Profile

• Completed basic training as Detailhandelsfachmann/-frau EFZ
• Experience in automotive parts logistics
• Good PC skills (MS Office)
• Driver's license Cat. B
• Good German skills, English is an advantage
• Well-groomed appearance and customer-oriented manners
• Efficient and reliable way of working
