What you can achieve In this versatile function, you ensure that our accounting processes function smoothly. You can expect varied tasks and an exciting environment around our unique wellness facilities. You process the monthly documents of our wellness facilities in the financial accounting. You record invoices in the accounts payable program and support the efficient processing of payment transactions. You create invoices in the accounts receivable program and keep an overview of open items. You are in close contact with our managing directors and their deputies and support them in accounting matters. You take on an important role in our team, contribute your own ideas and help to actively shape the future of our company. What you bring with you Completed commercial training as well as several years of professional experience in accounting. Sound Abacus knowledge, especially in the areas of financial accounting, accounts payable, and accounts receivable accounting. A self-reliant, structured and exact way of working. High initiative, sense of responsibility and pleasure in driving things forward. Proficient German in speaking and writing. Other language skills (e.g., Italian) are welcome, but not a must. You are a team-oriented personality with high social competence, reliable, resilient and open in dealing with people.
