Using technical documentation as well as based on SAP ERP, you determine the required material. Efficiently and in a service-oriented manner, you record spare parts and retrofitting offers and follow up with customers if necessary. You process orders and organize shipping and export documents. You manage optimal logistics and ensure that delivery dates as well as foreign trade regulations are reliably complied with. You take over various cases absolutely independently from the creation of offers to invoicing including dunning management. You process customer complaints carefully and in a solution-oriented manner and necessary returns as well as credit notes are correctly created by you. You support our Customer Care Consultants in the sale of retrofits. Your qualifications A technical basic training with commercial experience or a commercial training with high technical affinity forms your basis for this task. Communication with our customers, whether by telephone or e-mail, brings you joy - even in demanding situations.
