Sustainability is a central challenge for our customers. To address this, our Sustainability Buildings team is looking for an experienced and motivated sales manager to sell our portfolio of decarbonization and energy efficiency solutions and services for buildings in Switzerland.

Your new tasks

• Develop sales of sustainability, decarbonization, and energy efficiency solutions and services for buildings, with a market share growth objective.
• Identify, qualify, and convert business opportunities, from prospecting to closing deals, with existing and new customers and partners.
• Analyze customer needs through on-site assessments and propose tailored technical, financial, environmental, and digital solutions.
• Drive the consultative sales process by identifying stakeholders, business issues, decision-making processes, and adapting arguments to different levels of interlocutors.
• Develop offers combining solutions, software, and digital services, in close collaboration with Sales, Engineering, Sustainability teams, and partners, particularly in the industry, real estate, healthcare, hospitality, and commercial building sectors.

Your talents and experience

• Education and professional experience: higher education degree in a technical, commercial, or equivalent field, completed by several years of experience in industry or the building sector, ideally in a sales or engineering function.
• Sustainability, decarbonization, and energy efficiency: good understanding of the challenges related to the energy and environmental performance of buildings; experience in decarbonization and energy efficiency is an asset.
• Solutions, services, software & digital services: overall understanding of project development and implementation as well as the various business models associated with solutions, services, software, and digital services.
• Sales, customer relations, and networking: experience in selling solutions and services, with the ability to understand the needs of customers and partners and to interact with different interlocutors, up to management level. You have an established professional network in French-speaking Switzerland and a good knowledge of the regional market.
• Interpersonal skills and attitude: excellent interpersonal skills, team spirit, and a positive attitude oriented towards collaboration and results.
• Language skills: a professional level of written and oral communication in French is essential, as well as a good command of English or German.
