To strengthen our committed team, we are looking for a motivated person as Team Leader Inside Sales: Floor Products (m/w/d), 100% immediately or by arrangement. Your tasks: You lead and develop our inside sales team with technical expertise, team spirit and foresight. You work actively in day-to-day business - from quoting to order processing. You ensure high service quality and convince through competent consulting in the B2B environment. You evaluate and organize targeted further training for your team to promote know-how and motivation. You plan and implement sales-promoting measures in close coordination with the Sales Manager. You take co-responsibility for achieving sales targets and bring your sales talent actively into day-to-day business. You design the product range and product portfolio in cooperation with Sales and Purchasing Management. You process customer complaints in a solution-oriented and service-oriented manner. Your skills: You have completed an apprenticeship as a floor layer or carpenter, with corresponding further training or professional experience as an inside sales team leader. You think entrepreneurially and are an open-minded person with independent and goal-oriented working methods. You possess negotiating skills in dealing with customers and suppliers. You are a resilient and solution-oriented person with a pronounced sense of responsibility. You have stylistically correct German language skills and good communication skills. You work proficiently with current IT and ERP programs.
