You assume overall responsibility for projects from the initial project idea through planning and realization to the handover to property management. In doing so, you manage and coordinate external planning and construction partners, monitor costs, deadlines, and quality specifications, and guarantee professional project execution across all project phases. Furthermore, you actively participate in the further development of our real estate portfolio, accompany acquisition processes within the framework of technical due diligences, and assess investment and development projects. Requirement Profile You have a sound education in the construction or real estate sector, for example as an architect, engineer, or construction manager, and have ideally supplemented this with business administration further training. Several years of professional experience in client representation, project management, or real estate development forms the basis of your professional competence. Additionally, you possess sound knowledge of construction practice, SIA standards, as well as construction law. Your structured and independent way of working, your negotiation skills, and your strong communication skills enable you to lead different stakeholders in a goal-oriented manner and bring projects to a successful conclusion.
