Research Associate Curriculum Development and Projects 50 - 60 % As a Höhere Fachschule, we are a customer-centric educational company for the healthcare sector at tertiary education level with around 1100 students. Based on cantonal service contracts, we contribute to sufficient, well-qualified and motivated specialists in interprofessional professional fields through attractive initial and continuing education. For the project «Neues Curriculum Pflege HF» we are looking for an engaged personality as a Research Associate Curriculum Development and Projects 50 – 60 %, limited to two years, starting 1. September 2026 or by arrangement. In the project «Neues Curriculum Pflege HF» you will work together with the project management to shape the further development of training for aspiring nursing specialists. You will work at the interface of educational development, project management and science and contribute to the conceptual as well as operational implementation of the project for curriculum development in the healthcare sector. Your tasks Participation in the further development and implementation of the project «Neues Curriculum Pflege HF» as well as other development projects Support of the project management in the operational project implementation Participation in the monitoring of milestones, work packages and project progress Cooperation with internal and external stakeholders in technical and organizational matters Preparation and analysis of scientific foundations for curriculum development Development of concepts, decision-making bases and reports Co-design and maintenance of curriculum and project documentation Preparation and follow-up of project and working group meetings Support in quality assurance and evaluation of the project results Your qualifications Completed or advanced studies in educational, health or nursing sciences or a related field Experience in project management, ideally in the education or health sector Experience in scientific working as well as in the analysis and preparation of specialist information Very good written expression skills as well as enjoyment of conceptual work Interest in curriculum development and educational issues Independent, structured and careful way of working Organizational talent as well as networked and analytical thinking skills Communication strength in dealing with different stakeholders Our offer An interesting, versatile field of activity in which you can contribute your competencies and your personality; contemporary employment conditions and a modern place of work in our campus in Bern.
